TICKETS for the big Bon Jovi concert in Dublin next year are today proving to be one of the hottest on the island.
The supergroup confirmed recently that they will play one night at Lansdowne Road on Friday, 20 June, 2003 as part of an extensive world tour.
Tickets went on sale for the Dublin gig yesterday at the usual Ticketmaster outlets and demand has been phenomenal and the advice from Wonderland Promotions is get in early, or you could be disappointed.
Famed for their powerhouse live performances, Ireland is one of Bon Jovi's favourite countries to play and they have consistently played to sell-out crowds every time they have performed here.
Most recently the band played to capacity audience at Dublin's RDS Outdoor Arena in June 2001 and August 2000.
Bon Jovi formed in 1983 but it was their third album, Slippery When Wet, which brought them to superstardom in 1986.
Bon Jovi have gone on to sell in excess of 93 million albums worldwide.
