Its hard not to wonder if the next Bon Jovi Tour will not be as good and energetic as the last and if maybe they are getting a bit old for all this. Thankfully, we had nothing to worry about - we were in good hands.
Saturday was amazing. Opening with an interesting entrance to a decent but lesser known song and then into the rousing Bad name and Born to be my baby and then they just kept coming. Six songs into it and i am exhausted. So how does Jon do it? He doesn't have to, we'd keep coming anyway. I hope the boys read this because i want to thank them for all they do - words can't express what these concerts mean to me.
Richie's I'll be there for you was just awesome. Sorry Jon, but Richie does a better version than you (and especially better than the Jon-Richie acoustic version that was there earlier in the tour). I enjoyed the acoustic set, although I don't really get why he does it in the crowd but it makes no difference. It sets up an awesome ending: Medicine/Hands/Prayer. Don't like Wanted being in the encore but then I never did and the Treat Her right thing was not really needed but i am just picking holes. Saturday really was amazing. Please do a stadium tour this summer, oh, and release a live DVD of this show (or at least one like it).
Well done guys, I hope you realize how good you are.
