How do they do it?
Credit must be given to the 2 support bands - how the hell are Matchbox 20 not big over here!!!!!
Standing in the que's outside I was talking to people that had travelled all over Europe to be here and one phrase kept popping up - "They are my life", and after seeing them for a second time, I can understand why!!!
When the "lift" doors opened and they walked out, we knew exactly what to expect and we were not disappointed - classic rock mixed with the ballads such as "Always" and an amazing acoustic version of "Never Say Goodbye" proved once and for all when it comes to performing - no one can beat these guys.
Richie was on fire and when you talk about the greatest guitarists in the world - he must be up in the top 2 at least!!!
One disappointing thing was the fact the stadium roof was over and an open-air one was what the majority of fans were hoping for, but once "One Wild Night" started, who cared!!
One Wild Night is an understatement!
Keep Rockin' in the Free World
