Look at that wording. Exclusively on Tidal. Its not exclusive if it's released the same day as Spotify, itunes and physical release. If they're saying 10/21 and exclusive then that makes more sense than some typos on twitter.
It would be still be an exclusive release via Tidal on 04NOV2016 if it had 19 tracks rather than 18 or 15.

If that 19th track was something you couldn't get anywhere else. A lot of the other places releasing have the bonus tracks so yeah you're right. That 19th track would have to be exclusive and only on Tidal for that to mean that.

I'm still hoping like hell.

Matt is correct. THINFS is going to his Tidal as an exclusive this Friday. There is precedent for this with Beyonce's last album.

Oct 21st on Tidal is not a typo nor a mistake. Time time to re-activate my Tidal subscription!

I got the free subscription the other day so that'll tide me over until my iTunes pre-order comes in. awesome lol.
