I'm still hung up on Who Would You Die For, Fingerprints, Blind Love, and Burning Bridges which were my initial favorites. Someone should cover WWYDF and Fingerprints. Those songs should see the light of day and be hits for somebody who would do something with them.

The opening three songs are my favorites. After that, I'd say Life Is Beautiful and Burning Bridges.

I'm enjoying We Don't Run much more than I did at first and We All Fall Down a little less than before.

I wish I understood the love for Fingerprints. For me, it goes absolutely nowhere and just plods along to its eventual end. Maybe if it was sung with some power and not as a ****ing waltz, I'd like it more.
The solo is nice, and the second verse is well written, but I tend to prefer the songs that Jon carries with his voice and this is definitely not one of those in my opinion.

The album is really growing on me If the new one is even better, I'd be very satisfied and happy! It is not perfect, but I dont expect it to be.

I ****ing love the guitar in Fingerprints. I listened to it in the car today and was almost blown away by it.
Who would You Die For is growing on me too And I enjoy Teardrop and We Don't Run. I cannot really pick a favorite...

I'll never understand the love for Teardrop, Fingerprints and WWYDF. I get it, Teardrops and WWYDF are different, which is nice. I would find it acceptable on a JBJ solo album, but not a Bon Jovi album. Fingerprints is comparable to a better produced song off the 4th disc of the boxset.

The title track and Blind Love are also different and probably more suitable for a solo album, but I find them more interesting and honest, so they get a pass.

Unlike the last couple of albums, there's not a song on the album that hate. And for once they picked the first two singles right... IMO, the two best songs on the album. We Don't Run is the best (and hardest) song since Undivided. Though Take Back the Night should have made the top 10.

1 - We Don't Run 8.5

2 - Weekend Song 7.5

3 - Blind Love 7

4 - Take Back the Night 6.5

5 - Burning Bridges 6.5

6 - Life is Beautiful - 6.5

7 - I´m Your Man - 6

8 - We all fall down - 6

9 - Teardrop... 5

10 - WWYDF 4

11 - Fingerprints 3

We need a proper track ranking thread so we can compare burning bridges to the 2015 results for the other albums and so we can see how opinions of burning bridges change in the next 3 years when we do the rankings again.

I don't think TBTN fit's the overall mood of the album, that's why it's a bonus track. Not because it wasn't good enough.

Teardrop is great because of Jon's passion and vocal... WWYDF is different and Jon delivers an old school vocal during certain parts.

Everyone's tastes are different and I'm obviously in the minority here. And while I don't disagree with anything you said (with the exception that Teardrops is great - again... minority), there's something missing.

Forgive me if my thoughts aren't completely hashed out, but I just put my finger on it. These 3 songs (Teardrops, WWYDF, and Fingerprints) are the songs that are missing Richie the most. I have problems with Teardrops melody in the chorus, but the song would be greatly improved with his harmony. Fingerprints and WWYDF both would benefit from having his harmony and guitar work. I think that's it.

You and I aren't usually that far apart on our likes/dislikes for songs with the exception now of this one. The 3 songs you rate the lowest are absolutely the stand outs for me (I listened to BB in it's entirety on my run last night). I don't disagree they tend to lend themselves more to Jon solo because of the darker feel to them but regardless so glad they made it on to this release so they didn't wind up sitting on a shelf unheard.

I dont think these songs are perfect BUT they work very well without Richie. The solos in Fingerprints, the vocals in WWYDF and the atmosphere of Teardrop are among the best things BJ have done since These Days.
